Functie

– Responsible for assisting in the coordination of internal communications

– Support meetings by preparing materials and presentations

– Administrative support, maintaining files and updating shared files

– Assist in (financial) administrative tasks in ERP system (Oracle)

– Assist with planning and organizing company and department/team events

Functie-eisen

– BA degree in communications, liberal arts, business or science-oriented field

– 4+ years of relevant work experience (healcare/public relations)

– Strong written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills

– Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment

– Multicultural awareness
